About the role

  • Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Data Governance, Interpretation and Modeling Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
  • Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
  • Manages cross-functional teams and coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
  • Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Understanding & Insights Operationalization Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
  • Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.
