Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue-driving lifecycle programs that significantly contribute to total client revenue
  • Maintain excellent sender reputation scores across client accounts through best-practice implementation
  • Achieve and maintain industry-leading deliverability metrics through proactive monitoring and optimization
  • Drive consistent list growth through strategic acquisition tactics and engaging campaigns
  • Design automated flow strategies that generate substantial recurring revenue
  • Lead confident, strategic client meetings with clear agendas and actionable insights
  • Create compelling monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through consistent delivery of results
  • Build a strong reputation through excellent client references and case studies
  • Develop a reputation for innovative email and SMS strategies that drive real results

Requirements

  • EXECUTE | You are hands-on in managing the day-to-day email and SMS programs for your clients.
  • With a multi-brand purview (clients you directly work on and other agency clients), you are able to spot trends and connect the dots on what success may look like across industries and verticals.

Compensation

  • $110,000 base salary, annually
  • Bonus Structure | 15% of base salary

  • Working knowledge of email and SMS compliance regulations including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and CASL, with experience implementing compliant opt-in/opt-out processes and managing consent preferences
