About the role

  • The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth across a defined territory, with a focus on healthcare and language solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Lead full sales cycle activities including discovery, solution alignment, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline to support revenue targets
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and account tracking
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to influence purchasing decisions
  • Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Business Development, GPOs, Marketing) to align go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate on proposals, pricing strategies, and client solutions to maximize value and win rates
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and 9-12 years of relevant experience
  • Proven success in quota-carrying, revenue-generating sales roles
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships
  • Experience leading full-cycle sales (prospecting through close)
  • Experience in language services or language solutions sales
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Compensation

  • $101,000 - $126,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
