About the role

Program Managers provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary teamcwithin the organization.
This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices.
This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships and aligning with organizational goals.

Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations; revise and implement workflows and procedures to align with best practices.

Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required or obtained within 6 months of hire for drop-in billing purposes
Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) required
Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift,WAVE, electronic pallet jack etc. upon certification).
May be required to drive fleet vehicles to pick-up donations/purchased product.

Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience
Minimum of 2 years warehouse management and resource acquisition
Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred
Must have ability to be forklift and warehouse equipment certified
Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred.

$75,004.80 - $113,006.40 per year
The posted range represents the full hiring range.
Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care.
Hold staff accountable for achieving service hour expectations, meeting performance metrics, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation and billing.
