About the role

  • Program Managers provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary teamcwithin the organization.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices.
  • This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships and aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations; revise and implement workflows and procedures to align with best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required or obtained within 6 months of hire for drop-in billing purposes
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) required
  • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift,WAVE, electronic pallet jack etc. upon certification).
  • May be required to drive fleet vehicles to pick-up donations/purchased product.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years warehouse management and resource acquisition
  • Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred
  • Must have ability to be forklift and warehouse equipment certified
  • Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred.

Compensation

  • $75,004.80 - $113,006.40 per year
  • The posted range represents the full hiring range.
  • Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
  • Job Duties & Functions:
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care.
  • Hold staff accountable for achieving service hour expectations, meeting performance metrics, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation and billing.
