CAD Design: Process field collected data into CAD drawings related to various land surveying projects.
MANAGEMENT: Developing and enforcing CAD standards, drafting workflows, and maintaining templates to ensure consistency.
Data Collection: Collaborate with project managers and land surveyors to gather and organize project data, specifications, and other requirements to ensure accurate CAD representation.
Quality Control: Review and perform quality checks on CAD drawings to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies, maintaining high-quality standards.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with land surveyors, and other specialists to ensure seamless integration of CAD drawings with project goals and objectives.

10+ years of relevant drafting experience
3+ years of experience managing and leading a team
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with other co-workers and clients

Experience in INDOT road plan development utilizing OpenRoads Software is a plus.

Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ensure that all CAD drawings adhere to company drafting standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
