Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, scheduling, resource/activity planning, activity sequencing and prioritization, vendor performance tracking, project dependency awareness, financial reporting, invoice approval, and material management.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain vendor contracts, terms, and construction schedules with the project team, ensuring project milestones and delivery dates are aligned with business commitments.
  • Ensure projects are built according to approved engineered design plans and GFiber specs and standards in adherence to current contracts, SOW's, and municipal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management within large, capital intensive and technical scopes of work.
  • 3 years vendor management experience directly managing vendor resources, performance management, and accountability for project-based deliveries.
  • 3 years of experience scheduling projects, capital tracking/forecasting, reporting project status and costs versus commitments, and providing insights/ influence to commercial terms with contractors and vendors.

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 - $143,000 + bonus + benefits.
