Requirements
- A strong background in business partnership, P&L management and data driven decision making is required.
Nice to have
- Additional projects as assigned by the GM/Sr Dir, Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required.
- 10+ years of experience preferred.
- Must possess strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills with ability to communicate detailed analysis into relevant, clear, and concise information leading to actionable initiatives.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization strategies.
- Experience using data in decision-making and identifying trends.
- Ability to influence others in a highly cross-functional and matrix environment.
Compensation
- $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD.
- In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
