About the role
- This role reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations at the FF1 (Form Factory 1) location in Weirton, WV.
- In this role, you would serve as the critical operations leader for your line, collaborating with engineering, maintenance, quality, safety, and many other teams.

Responsibilities
- Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance for your assigned production line(s) across all shifts of a 24/7 operation.
- Build a culture that prioritizes safety and product quality while consistently meeting production targets
- Own execution of the production plan, including staffing, materials availability, yield, and schedule adherence in partnership with planning and supply chain.
- Drive equipment reliability and OEE improvement with maintenance and engineering teams, including changeover reduction and planned downtime execution.
- Lead, develop, and mentor
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing teams of people in a high volume manufacturing setting.
- 6+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing setting, ideally in battery, chemical, powder processing, or similar process-intensive industries.
- Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing, SPC, and structured problem solving (8D, A3, DMAIC, or similar).
