Support cross‑functional collaboration and communication with design, process, and marketing teams as products progress through distribution and launch stages
Develop business plans and define product positioning in the marketplace
Create support, training, and documentation materials for internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience
Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong MS Office skills required (PowerPoint a plus)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and diligent with strong ownership of daily tasks
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a heavy workload effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
