Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation tools to meet business requirements
  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party connectors
  • Write and maintain high-quality, well-documented code including Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable jobs, with full awareness of Salesforce governor limits
  • Build responsive Lightning Web Components and custom user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive adoption
  • Develop and optimize SOQL queries and database design to ensure data integrity and platform performance
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals

Requirements

  • You work collaboratively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Admins to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Excellence - The ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code and stay current with Salesforce best practices and platform updates
  • Collaboration and Communication - The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, listen actively, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and configuration
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems
  • Experience with modern source control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, VS Code, SFDX)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with high standards for code quality and testing practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Compensation

  • The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $98,000.00 to $122,000.00 per year.

  • Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
  • Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
