About the role

Responsibilities

  • Improvement Mindset: Continually seeks new ways to create business/ customer value by identifying and implementing opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness and innovation.
  • Take charge of root cause analysis, customer metrics, strategic account planning, and help drive finalist meetings to secure business and ensure exceptional service.
  • You'll own customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle-leading renewals, analyzing pricing and claim trends, and delivering tailored solutions that meet service expectations.
  • Your strong influence and collaboration across departments will drive the successful implementation of solutions and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel (such as for planning purposes, team building, or conferences) is required.
  • Your expertise in absence management, statutory regulations, and claims will ensure optimal customer experiences, while your ability to bring in the right resources at the right time sets you apart.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • All employees of The Standard must be bondable.

Nice to have

  • FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred.
  • Required professional licensure or certification: FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred.

Compensation

  • Base salary range $110k - $130k depending on experience + incentive plan
