Responsibilities
- you'll coach and develop your team, remove blockers, and create the conditions for them to succeed.
- Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams, you will help set priorities, solve complex problems, and ensure the team's work drives meaningful improvements for Citymapper and its users.
- you build trust quickly across functions and are equally comfortable in an engineering discussion, a product conversation, or a business planning session.
- Own the data strategy and quality for your region across Citymapper's web and mobile products, ensuring millions of users can rely on us every day.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities and deliver high-impact improvements across the platform.
- Turn complex datasets into actionable insights that guide decisions and drive improvements across the product.
Compensation
- $100,000-$115,000.
- Total compensation also includes equity.
- Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000.
