- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products ( Outlook, Word, Excel )

- Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Promoting a safe work environment for all employee owners

- Approaching work each day with a positive attitude
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Finishing operations
- Assigning work ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Facilitating strong communication with customer service
- Having a "customer first" mindset and mentality
- Leveraging lean management systems to promote a measurable continuous improvement culture
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to promote a cost effective and seamless process
- Leading 5S efforts to create a visual place for everything
- Assisting the team as needed
- Performing other tasks/duties as requested by the Superintendent
