Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products ( Outlook, Word, Excel )

  • Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Finishing operations
  • Assigning work ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Facilitating strong communication with customer service

  • Leveraging lean management systems to promote a measurable continuous improvement culture
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to promote a cost effective and seamless process
  • Leading 5S efforts to create a visual place for everything
  • Assisting the team as needed
  • Performing other tasks/duties as requested by the Superintendent
