Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, volume targets, and distribution plans to support regional strategy
- Reporting & Business Support
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to support sales meetings, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives
- Provide technical support for CRM and BI systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integration (e.g., Oracle, Apex)
- Perform regular data audits and partner with Sales teams to ensure customer and account data is current and accurate
- Support system enhancements and recommend improvements to CRM and BI tools to increase efficiency and usability
- Deliver training and guidance to Sales teams on systems and reporting tools to improve adoption and effectiveness
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams

Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM, BI, or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft CRM, Oracle) is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
