Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, volume targets, and distribution plans to support regional strategy
  • Reporting & Business Support
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to support sales meetings, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide technical support for CRM and BI systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integration (e.g., Oracle, Apex)
  • Perform regular data audits and partner with Sales teams to ensure customer and account data is current and accurate
  • Support system enhancements and recommend improvements to CRM and BI tools to increase efficiency and usability
  • Deliver training and guidance to Sales teams on systems and reporting tools to improve adoption and effectiveness
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with CRM, BI, or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft CRM, Oracle) is an asset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
