About the role

This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, for 10 to 15 hours per week.
This role may not conflict with, or be performed during, the duties of their primary employment.
Job Responsibilities: Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing the various information that is entered into PHS by Program Managers and others as to ensure compliance with state regulations.

It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as an exhaustive summary of all responsibilities, duties and effort required.
You must have high-speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse and keyboard to use with our company laptop.

Applicants currently serving in a full-time role must be certain they can dedicate a dependable 10 to 15 hours per week to this position, as consistent availability is essential.

Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy, and completeness
Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
Must be flexible and organized
Must be able to work without close supervision
The ability to interact with a wide range of people
Good communication skills are a must.

To Qualify For This Position you MUST HAVE Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience.
