- Support Application Development Chapter Lead in implementing an engineering culture
- Support Portfolio Senior Director in implementing an adaptive human centric system of work
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years with full accountability of a complex enterprise level programme, portfolio or product
- Minimum 15+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, scrum master or product manager
- Minimum 5+ years experience in an agile delivery culture
- Experience managing ERPs or Enterprise Platforms as a product an advantage
- Experience delivering applications within an automated CI/CD SDLC
- Financially literate and can manage a P&L if required
Nice to have
- Experience with TRAX or similar aviation maintenance and engineering systems (MRO platforms) strongly preferred
Skills
- Experienced influencer and story teller with excellent Oral/Written communication skills
- Highly skilled Workshop facilitation in highly complex and political enterprise level environments
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced work environment
- Critical thinking skills

- Able to build a high performing team culture
- Able to coach more junior team members and senior stakeholders
- The role will require frequent (~monthly) domestic travel and occasional (annually) international travel

Compensation
- $155,000 - $218,000 USD
- Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors.
- In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
