Responsibilities
- Own the products and systems that drive acquisition, activation and retention
- Build the growth infrastructure that makes experimentation fast and trustworthy, including the data pipeline behind it
- Use judgment on where to create leverage and which problems are worth solving, optimizing for conversion without sacrificing clarity or trust
- Experience building in 0-to-1 or fast-moving environments where user needs, product shape, and success metrics are still evolving.
- Ready to work with intensity and urgency, and to hold a high bar for your own output.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production software in product or full-stack engineering roles
