- About Vantage Data Centers Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world's well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises.
- Position Description This role can be based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy ( 3 days in, 2 days flexible).
- The ideal candidate will be an autonomous self-starter who is capable of driving results without constant direction.

Nice to have
- Debt capital raising initiatives
- Assist in negotiation of term-sheets and prepare recommendation of debt financing solution
- Prepare project information materials for banks through close interaction with finance, new site development, construction & operations teams
- Negotiate loan documentation
- Ensure smooth hand-over to finance team for funding mechanics, reporting requirements, covenant compliance, etc..
- Coordinate with finance team on any post-closing interactions with the lenders (amendments, waivers, etc)
- Interest rate risk management
- Assist in executing interest rate hedging transactions
Compensation
- Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
- $135,000 - $145,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
- Our hard and efficient work is rewarded with an above market total compensation package.
