Responsibilities
- Support outside sales reps with pricing, product availability, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records
- Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and internal partners
- You'll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction.
- This role blends customer service, technical product knowledge, and sales support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 1-3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or counter sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or building products preferred)
- HVAC product knowledge or strong willingness to learn (equipment, parts, and systems)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
- $25-$30 per hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
