About the role

This role contributes to maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes within an industrial environment.
The position plays a key role in ensuring operational readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Perform material handling activities, including loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas through housekeeping and waste disposal activities.
Support production equipment setup, basic operation, and troubleshooting as needed.
The General Laborer supports daily production operations by performing material handling, equipment support, housekeeping, and basic manufacturing tasks.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions in an industrial environment.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments.
Forklift operation experience or certification.
Experience with material handling, packaging, or basic production support tasks.
Basic familiarity with computer tools or Microsoft Office applications.
