- As a SpaceX Talent Sourcer, you will build talent pipelines for some of the most technically demanding roles on earth. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify and engage exceptional talent who want to help make life multiplanetary. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience
- or associate degree and 2+ years of experience
- or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
- In many cases, you are candidates' first encounter with SpaceX, and it is your job to represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.
- We work in teams and focus on collaboration, yet require a high degree of autonomy.
- So, while you are not expected to go it alone, you are expected to show initiative, take responsibility, and see tasks through to completion.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles
- Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action
