About the role

  • We're looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments to join this hybrid role in Cambridge, MA, partnering directly with our Executive Leadership team on hiring.
  • This role is high-impact: you'll be instrumental in shaping Proton's growth and talent foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create strategic hiring plans aligned to growth.
  • Manage Proton's overall recruiting strategy, including employer branding, recruiting events, and leveraging diverse sourcing methods to proactively attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a warm network of candidates, keeping an active pipeline of qualified talent engaged for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage and optimize Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and efficient workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on talent market insights, compensation benchmarking, and scaling strategies.
  • Enjoy building community through employer branding and recruiting events.

Compensation

  • 401k with Employer Contribution (US only).

  • Base salary: $120,000 OTE
