  • The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the store team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and luxury experiences
  • Support CRM initiatives and help achieve client engagement targets
  • Analyze store performance and partner with the Store Manager to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment
  • Support safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Partner with leadership to address team concerns and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace
  • This role is designed to prepare future Store Managers by offering hands-on leadership experience and strategic partnership across all areas of store operations.
  • The ASM helps drive business results, elevate the customer experience, and foster a culture of collaboration, development, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or beauty
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
