- Your leadership can directly influence how millions of people invest in real estate through Arrived.
Responsibilities
- As the VP & Co-Head of Investments, you will co-lead investment strategy and execution within Arrived.
- You'll design innovative new investment products alongside our Product and Finance teams.
- Develop and maintain investment theses, portfolio construction frameworks, risk frameworks, and underwriting standards to achieve desired return targets.
- Create new, innovative, and alpha-generating products for Arrived's investors.
- Build and Manage Diversified Portfolios Construct portfolios that align with investor expectations, risk-return objectives, and our pro forma targets for each investment product.
- Lead the process for performance monitoring, asset optimization, value creation, refinancing, and dispositions.
- Grow and Develop the Investments
- Implement best practices, systems, and tools that enable efficiency and accuracy at scale.
- Ensure Operational & Regulatory Excellence Maintain robust asset management models, performance tracking, and continuous improvement processes.
