Responsibilities
- Develop and implement department-wide leadership initiatives
- Advise and support student organization advisors and organizations to ensure compliance with departmental and institutional expectations
- Serve as the primary liaison for student organization recognition and technology support with other department and division staff
- Develop, maintain, and manage an assigned budget for student leadership initiatives
- Train, evaluate, and develop assigned staff to enhance professional skills and competencies
Requirements
- Six years of experience in student development work or related student affairs specialty.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a Residence Life Department on a college campus
- Advanced Leadership training or certification focused on the development of others
- Experience in direct advising
