About the role

- In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal ductwork and related components for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities
- Install hangers, supports, and reinforcements for ductwork systems.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians, foremen, and other trades to coordinate installation sequences and avoid conflicts.
- Perform modifications and repairs to existing duct systems as needed.
- Operate and maintain shop equipment and tools in good working conditions.
- Ongoing training and apprenticeship program support

Requirements
- Complete daily time sheets, production reports, and required documentation.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with various materials including galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and black iron duct work
- Experience with both shop fabrication and field installation.
