About the role
- Working alongside your colleagues, you'll model best practices for GMP, SQF, and PPE policies while collaborating closely with supervisors.
- Shift: Thursday to Sunday - 6:30pm to 5:00am
- Guide and instruct team members on tasks like assembly and single-piece flow.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Perform production duties alongside the team as needed.
Requirements
- Prepare ingredients using tools like food scales and measuring cups when required.
- Basic math proficiency (fractions, multiplication, etc.).
- overtime may be required.
- Must be 18+ years old and able to read/write/speak English.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED and ideally 1+ year of related experience.
Skills
- Update production data in the computer system (requires basic typing skills).
