About the role
- The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the logistics and execution of import and export processes for third-party semen and embryos.
- This position is responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment from order receipt through invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of semen and embryos through Alta to international destinations.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution.
