  • The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • 1-3 years of prior welding and/ or assembler experience preferred.
  • Supervisor Production Manager, unless otherwise designated.
  • Preferred experience operating small equipment (e.g., skid steer, forklift) Preferred experience working with pumps, agitators, conveyors, loaders, and filter presses is preferred.

Skills

  • Use appropriate tools to securely fasten and mount pumps, agitators, and other mechanical components.
  • Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures established by DISA.
  • Attend and participate in all required safety trainings.
  • Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
