- The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
- 1-3 years of prior welding and/ or assembler experience preferred.
- Supervisor Production Manager, unless otherwise designated.
- Preferred experience operating small equipment (e.g., skid steer, forklift) Preferred experience working with pumps, agitators, conveyors, loaders, and filter presses is preferred.
Skills
- Use appropriate tools to securely fasten and mount pumps, agitators, and other mechanical components.
- Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
- Abide by all policies and procedures established by DISA.
- Attend and participate in all required safety trainings.
- Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Adapt to dynamic environments and identify solutions to challenges with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
