About the role

  • Assist in serving our guests during their retreat, including but not limited to assisting with Rec Venues, bathroom and meeting space checks, and hosting meals 2.
  • Follow up on guest needs and requests during their retreat 3.
  • Foster strong and healthy relationships with group leaders and guests while representing Tonto Rim 4.

Responsibilities

  • God's design is that man and woman either be joined together in a perpetual monogamous relationship or live in a single state.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, hold, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds 4.

  • Christian camping or other ministry experience 2.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Tonto Rim facilities, procedures, events, calendars, and rate schedules 3.
  • Minimum of high-school diploma 4.
  • Administrative and computer skills including: Outlook, Word, Excel, CampDoc, and Salesforce 5.
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Physical Requirements
