About the role

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities.
This role is a great fit for someone with a solid accounting foundation who is comfortable working in a multi-entity environment and ready to grow with a fast-moving company.
Prepare financial, accounting, and administrative reports and analyses as needed.

Provide timely and accurate accounting support across multiple entities.
Contribute to financial statement compilations and support internal and external reporting requirements.
Maintain accuracy across multiple ERPs and operating modules to ensure consistent financial reporting.
Process vendor payments and support AP/AR workflows with proper documentation.
Support accurate and timely AR collections and AP disbursements across entities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi-company environment is expected.
Familiarity with month-end close processes and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

Position Summary
Perform routine and complex account reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet), including bank accounts, debt agreements, and revenue/expense items.
Execute assigned month-end close procedures accurately and on schedule.
Provide required documentation to support annual financial statement reviews and audits.
Assist in managing fixed asset accounting across entities
