Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the accounting team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Establish clear performance objectives, execute reviews, and cultivate talent to support organizational growth and sophisticated reporting requirements.
- Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.
- Partner with FP&A on revenue reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting inputs, providing accounting-to-actuals commentary on a recurring basis.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge and application of GAAP and ability to execute, follow up, and ensure attention to detail.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation
- Performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits on top of a competitive salary.
- Salary of $ 125K to $ 185K + Bonus, DOE
- Annual bonus program based on individual, team and company performance.
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close for digital assets process, ensuring accuracy and completeness under US GAAP (ASC 606, ASC 350-60).
