About the role
- Additionally, SME Technical Trainers should possess technical aptitude and be knowledgeable in manufacturing, industrial and/or food processing.
- This role requires travel to various Central Valley business units in accordance with the teaching schedule.

- The company also operates Neptune Pacific, a shipping and supply chain company serving the Pacific, and Wonderful Real Estate, which develops and manages industrial in California's Central Valley.
Nice to have
- Use of professional digital cameras for photos and video
- Use various software for video editing (Camtasia), audio post processing (Audacity)
- Conduct customer needs assessments with minimal assistance from the Director of Technical Training.
- Conduct field work alongside our engineering/operational teams
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Training will be provided for all tools and systems as needed.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in relevant technical field preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in operations or a related technical field.
- Outstanding communication skills, and comfort in speaking to groups

Compensation
- $80,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
- Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
