About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of low-voltage building electrical systems ("house power") supporting a wide range of facilities and public infrastructure projects.
- Develop electrical power distribution layouts and detailed design packages including panelboards, lighting systems, branch circuits, grounding systems, and equipment connections.
- Perform lighting analysis and photometric studies to support functional and energy-efficient facility design.
- Support design reviews, interdisciplinary coordination, and client presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, supporting quality and consistency in design deliverables.
- 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience focused on building electrical systems and facility power distribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing low voltage electrical distribution systems for complex facilities.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design and documentation.
- Experience performing lighting calculations and photometric analysis using AGi32.
- Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and standards, including NEC and relevant local codes.
- Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction support activities when required.

Compensation
- As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $120,000 - $170,000 annually for this position and local market.
