About the role
- The Clinical Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a virtual clinical practice.
- You will report into the Director, Clinical Operations
Responsibilities
- Partner with workforce analysts to forecast volumes, improve staffing models, and ensure adherence to schedule productivity targets.
- identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Be the operational contact between clinical support teams, providers and clinical leadership.
- Support onboarding, training and ongoing competency development of staff.
- Collaborate with teams such as provider operations, licensing/credentialing, and quality to ensure seamless clinic operations.

Requirements
- Experience with clinical workflows, virtual care operations, and scheduling/workforce management practices.
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms, EHRs, and operational tools
- Experience in Virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care or telehealth environments

Compensation
- The base pay for this role is: $91,659.60 - $120,303.23 per year.
- You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
- Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
