About the role
- Coordinates patients flow throughout the day and provides direction for staff as needed.
- Assists manager with identifying, reviewing, and recommending suggestions for performance improvement.
- Serves as liaison between manager and clinical staff. - Assists with providing education activities for staff.
Responsibilities

- Facilitates effective communication and resolves operation issues that support department service goals, objectives, benchmarks and targets
Requirements
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and team work skills required.
- AHA BLS-HCP required.
- Associates degree in a clinical discipline required.
- Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required.
Skills
- Computer skills helpful.
- Strong problem solving skills.
Compensation
- $42.90 - $68.64 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
- The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
