About the role

  • Product Strategy is hands-on throughout.
  • Customer feedback and analytics surface where the site is underperforming and what we need to test next, for example a rework of the menu page.
  • The Product Designer sets the direction.

Responsibilities

  • We source cosmetically imperfect or surplus produce and deliver it directly to households through a subscription-based service.

  • You will decide how the experience works and validate it with users; our UI Designer makes it beautiful and reusable; the Product Designer optimizes it once it ships.
  • How The Design POD Works Together
  • flows, prototypes, and specs that the UI Designer and engineering build from with minimal rework, so what ships matches the intended experience.
  • Qualifications Approximately 3 to 5 years in UX or product design, ideally with ecommerce or DTC exposure.
  • Comfortable running lightweight usability testing and turning research and behavioral data into design decisions.
  • Fluency in Figma as the primary design environment, including prototyping.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a real interest in building a world-class global brand that its customers and community value.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with agentic coding, web-design architecture, and Figma design systems.
