About the role
- Fusion is seeking a several mid to senior level Engineering Technicians to provide technical oversight of construction contracts, quality control, and infrastructure compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in federal government environments, and the ability to operate within a Top-Secret security framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage the three-phase control quality management process to verify compliance at all project stages
- Support risk assessments and contingency planning for facility infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance at the necessary level for assigned duties
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, construction quality control, or infrastructure management
- Experience with DoD construction projects, military facilities, or government contracting preferred
Skills
- Active Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification
- Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction principles
- Familiarity with federal construction regulations, NEC, OSHA, and safety compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
- Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
