About the role

  • Technical Product Manager (Hybrid) Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Technical Product Manager for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Translate complex business processes into technical specifications, system architecture maps, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for developers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover and analyze deep user needs, transforming vague business requests into highly structured, prioritized product backlogs.
  • Technical Leadership & Platform Governance: Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, security teams, and database administrators to evaluate technical feasibility, manage system dependencies, and mitigate technical risks.
  • Evaluate APIs, data integration plans, and existing software capabilities within the IT and Transportation Tech markets to determine buy-vs-build strategies.
  • Document and present status updates to stakeholders and management Continuous Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify opportunities to optimize the IT project intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes using data-driven insights.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain guidelines, templates, operating procedures, and training materials to help business users submit high-quality project requests.
