About the role

  • Act as a key technical liaison in the US, bridging the gap between global infrastructure efforts and local product development priorities.
  • Take part in delivering the market leading video collaboration devices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the software stack of our infrastructure to ensure seamless CI/CD operations for Collaboration Devices.
  • Collaborate with product development teams in RTP to deliver a platform for their specific technical requirements and unique deployment needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelors + 7 years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure development, or Masters + 4 years of experience.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS), including networking and storage integration
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Puppet or Ansible.
  • Experience in Linux Containers and Kubernetes operation and troubleshooting. strong skills in a few programming languages (preferably Python and GO).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Proxmox, Jenkins, Slurm, Ceph and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with on-prem hosted infrastructure and bare-metal servers
  • Familiarity with Nix/NixOS environments.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Compensation

  • The starting salary range posted for this position is $137,000.00 to $200,500.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benef
