About the role

  • 2)Ensures timely scheduling of both inpatients and out patients 3)Provides education to all patients before, during and after exams.
  • 5)Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improving areas of concern 6)Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve patient irritants 7)Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
  • 2)Demonstrates the appropriate operation of all CT equipment 3)Demonstrates safety in all areas, electrical, environmental, radiation etc.

Responsibilities

  • 8)Ensures on-time completion of own performance pathway • Submits self-evaluation to leader two weeks before review 9)Participates quarterly in the associate satisfaction survey 10)Submits ideas on improving customer satisfaction on a continual basis Quality 1)Accountable for the production of quality CT scans.
  • 2)Implement Just-Do-It initiatives in your department during the year.

Requirements

  • Ability to adjust hours with minimal notice as required Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to view small CRT screens.
  • Ability to work odd hours.
  • Ability to respond to emergency call.
  • Ability to lift and/or move patients.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions Ability to work rotating shifts any day of the week.
  • Ability to stand, bend and/or stoop for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
  • 2)Maintains a program to complete required training hours per quarter.
  • Some scanning experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Able to complete most CT procedures.
