Responsibilities

  • Partners with Safelite field leadership and internal/external project consultants to provide best in class results.
  • Utilizes a mix of travel and technology on each project to monitor construction progress, assure quality, verify compliance, and maintain vendor accountability.
  • Reviews and approves all project materials including CD's and signage drawings, manages bidding and permitting processes, and oversees field installations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results in a positive manner

Requirements

  • You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week.
  • Other qualifications may be required to ensure employment eligibility in accordance with local laws, regulations and with Safelite Group, Inc. policies and practices.
  • 4-6 years experience in a construction management role Required

  • Up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year.

  • Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Required
  • Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to ensure workload coverage.
  • Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235).
