About the role

You are the friendly face that greets students every morning and ensures they arrive home safely every afternoon.

Student Safety: Maintain a calm and safe environment on the bus at all times.
Driver Support: Act as a second set of eyes and ears so the Driver can focus on the road.
Child Checks: Perform mandatory "Child Checks" at the end of every route to ensure no student is left behind.
We strive to create mutual respect and trust with school districts so that we can work together to provide the best possible service for students and parents.

Bending, stooping, and lifting as required to assist students with various needs.

Competitive Pay: $16.75 per hour.

AM, Midday, and PM Shifts
Averaging 6 hours per day
Monday through Friday (Follows the school calendar)

Role Overview
As a School Bus Monitor (Bus Aide), your primary mission is to safeguard our "precious cargo." You will support the Driver by managing student behavior and assistance, allowing them to focus entirely on the road.
