About the role
- The Program Associate, Volunteer Engagement plays a critical role in the recruitment, coordination, and retention of a large-scale volunteer workforce supporting CASH's VITA program and related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- CASH also supports a statewide network of partners through training, technical assistance, and coalition-building initiatives.
- This position operates in a high-volume, seasonal environment, with peak activity occurring from October through May, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The Program Associate reports to the Director of Tax Operations and collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners across Maryland.
