About the role

  • Candidates located in or near the Twin Cities area are expected to work on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in our Chaska, Minnesota office*

Responsibilities

  • While performing this role, you will engage in both seated and occasional standing or walking activities. We provide reasonable accommodations, in accordance with relevant laws, to support success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience in Project Coordination related to IT deployment initiatives, remodel/construction, physical layer or other related field
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
  • Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Broad understanding of technological (LAN/WAN) environments
  • Mentoring skills to contribute to the development of project administrators
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
  • Position Specifics
  • The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $55,000 and $60,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer of employment is extended.

Nice to have

  • Experience involving low voltage services (physical layer, equipment installation) and high voltage electrical services a plus
  • Any relevant certifications a definite plus

Compensation

  • The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $55,000 and $60,000 annually.
