About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly budget vs. actual analysis and assist with review sessions with Business Leaders in GTM, R&D, and G&A functions.
- Serve as primary liaison with Accounting to support monthly close activities, including purchase order and invoice accruals and reclasses.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial and operating results, providing insights and recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
- Support the development of financial models and reporting to help meet business partner and leadership needs, including assisting with materials for executive and board-level presentations.
- Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and presentations for senior leadership and executive management as you grow into the role.
- Help identify opportunities and implement ways to utilize AI and automation to improve processes and tools across expense management and FP&A.

- With a generative AI assistant at its core, PagerDuty empowers teams to detect and resolve issues in real time, orchestrate complex workflows, and drive continuous improvement across their digital operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, expense operations, or FP&A.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with corporate platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment) a plus.
