About the role

You will guide clients and teammates with clear financial models, diagnostic reviews, and actionable recommendations, ensuring every marketing dollar is understood through the lens of profit.
When results deviate from plan, you'll take ownership in diagnosing the issue, adjusting forecasts, and optimizing within the meta account in order to restore profitable growth.
Above all, you are the financial steward of your accounts-trusted to bring clarity, accuracy, and solutions that align business goals with sustainable outcomes.

Build and maintain growth forecasts in Statlas.
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, wile overseeing the management of Google, and YouTube (with expansion to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
Lead creative diversification and media testing to profitably scale accounts.
Design and interpret incrementality tests (geo holdouts, conversion lift) and integrate results into iROAS modeling.
Serve as the primary growth partner for your accounts.
Lead weekly updates, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.
Consistently deliver forecasts within ±5% accuracy.

Proven ability to manage $100K+/month in paid media spend.
