Learn more at tandemdiabetes.com A DAY IN THE LIFE: As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing the sourcing and procurement of components and finished goods.
WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORK: Hybrid: This role will be a mix of in-office work at our office on Barnes Canyon, San Diego, CA and remote work.

Our company's human-centered approach to design, development, and support delivers innovative products and services for people who use insulin.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to keep our production plans on track, inventory levels healthy, and supply issues minimal.
Drive continuous improvement efforts across procurement and material flow.

4+ years of experience in material procurement, with change order experience, required.
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of MRP planning, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, planning, and manufacturing teams.

The starting base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $91,000 annually.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.
In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus and a robust benefits package.
You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (with accrual starting on day 1) and you will have access to a 401k plan with company match as well as an Employee Stock Purchase plan.
