About the role
- Vous ferez partie de l'équipe responsable de l'industrialisation des composants majeurs, chargée de la performance, de la gestion de projets industriels, de la gouvernance et de la stratégie opérationnelle des fournisseurs internes.
- L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale autonome, l'entraide et l'apprentissage collectif.
- Votre environnement de travail: Le siège du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situé à Mirabel, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal.
Responsibilities
- Your role will be to drive the industrialization, performance, and production ramp-up of internal aerostructure suppliers for the A220 program.
- You will manage production transfer projects, ensure compliance and quality, and act as a key industrial interface and technical expert within multi-functional teams.
- Drive work transfers, production ramp-up, operational performance, and deliveries from internal major component suppliers.
- Develop industrial capacity and foster continuous improvement and innovation among internal suppliers.
- Provide technical expertise in industrial systems design, modeling, and performance evaluation.
- Support technical problem-solving on critical purchased components.
- Manage work transfer projects involving design changes or redesigns.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent credential.
- You have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, quality operations, and tooling.
- You have at least 5 years of specialized experience in aerostructures.
- You have proven experience in project management and/or supplier management.
- You are skilled at coordinating teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving results.
- You are equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are highly autonomous and comfortable working within an international team environment.

Nice to have
- Vous détenez un baccalauréat en ingénierie ou une formation équivalente;
- Vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine industriel/fabrication, qualité des opérations et outillage;
- Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience spécifique dans le domaine des aérostructures;
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets et/ou gestion de fournisseurs;
- Vous détentez une maîtrise fluide du français et de l'anglais (niveau négociation);
- Vous êtes doté(e) de fortes capacités de coordination, de persuasion et d'influence;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos solides compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles;
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe internationale.
