Responsibilities
- Lead HSE audit programs, analyze trends and deviations, drive corrective and preventive actions, and oversee the development and continuous improvement of emergency and crisis management frameworks.
- Lead, coach, and develop HSE teams to ensure strong performance, capability growth, and effective succession planning across the services portfolio.
- Strong communication skills to engage, motivate and lead employees
Compensation

Benefits
- Minimum of 10 years of Health and Safety experience, preferably in operational environments such as facilities management, digital services and other service-based operations or related industries.
- University degree or college diploma or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is preferred
- Must have excellent knowledge of federal, provincial and local environmental and occupational health legislation and regulations.
- Experience in international health, safety and environment legislations or regulations is an asset
